Under the Animal Welfare Act it is now law that pet owners have a duty of care to their pets. If your pet is sick or injured you must take it to a vet. The PDSA can help those people on housing benefit.
RSPCA Neath Clinic is open to those people receiving benefit on a Wednesday between 6.30 and 7.00 pm.
For further advice consult your vet.
If you suspect that an animal is being neglected or cruelly treated please contact the RSPCA emergency 24hr hotline on 0300 1234 999 or send an online form
