Meet our lovely little Polly
Polly is an adorable young lady who is in need of a special home.
She came into the centre via an RSPCA Inspector as she was found as a stray with her kittens.
She is very sweet natured girl who likes attention but does get spooked by load/sudden noises.
Polly is still a little shy but once she gets to know you she settles and wants all the fuss.
She will need a quieter home where she can settle in at her own pace.
Polly has Feline Calicivirus (FCV), this is a virus that is very common especially in cats who come from a multi-cat households.
Its symptoms can include nasal discharge, gingivitis and mouth ulcers which would need to be treated if they occur.
Due to the virus Polly has gingivitis, at present she is fine and no procedures or medication is needed.
This will just need to be monitored throughout her life.
FCV is contagious to other cats so Polly is to be the only cat in the household and to also be a housecat.
Polly is a polydactyl cat which means she has extra toes!
Polly could possibly live with quiet, friendly dogs and children over 12 years old.
