Scooby

Staffordshire Bull Terrier · 7 years 7 months

Scooby was brought into the centre after his owner’s circumstances had changed.
Scooby is a very loving dog however his stress levels have left him a little
short on patience at times.
He would benefit from an owner that can provide him with some direction through training.
Teaching him to be calm would be incredibly beneficial as he can be easily startled,
this also applies to being around other dogs, Scooby can cope seeing other dogs at a distance but can get stressed when they are in close proximity.
Having access to quiet walks would be an advantage for Scooby as he learns to adjust to his new life.
Scooby loves his food so training should be something you can both enjoy.

Scooby does have quite stiff & arthritic hind legs, so will require Metacam pain relief long-term.

Experience or knowledge of the breed would be preferred but not essential.

Scooby is in need of an adult only home with no other animals.
