Ron

English Lop · 1 year 2 months

It’s time to meet our little rock star, Ron.

Ron is a real character who oozes attitude, he is a keen explorer who likes to have a good run about in the grass run. Ron does like human company but on his own terms, he knows what he likes and doesn’t like and will nibble you if he feels something isn’t going his way. One of his favourite things to do is jump on and off of boxes.

Ron has had quite a rough few months, he had many bite wounds, had surgery twice on his ‘private area’ but luckily he is recovering really well. He sure is a little fighter!

Rabbits are active and will need an environment with plenty of room to hop, run, dig and stand fully upright on their back legs as well as stretch out when laying. They need a large living area and a secure shelter where they can rest, feel safe and are protected from predators, extremes of weather and temperature.

Ron is looking for a home with an existing neutered female rabbit, he also needs an owner who has the experience
and confidence to be able to bond rabbits as this would need to be done at home. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, potential adopters are unable to meet Ron at the centre which also means the rabbits cannot be socialised prior to adoption. There would need to be separate accommodation until they are successfully bonded and happy to live together.
